Coconut Flour

Coconut Flour is the second great substitute for regular wheat flour and is a great ingredient for desert and breakfast dishes due to its slightly sweet taste.

You can buy coconut flour at a health food store. Again at roughly CHF 16 per 500 g it is quite pricey.

Alternatively you can make your own coconut flour by grinding up coconut chips that are available from large retailers such as Migros or Coop.
